Eric is a Managing Director with AltEnergy, where he is focused on investing in alternative energy and agriculture-related businesses. Eric is currently leading the daily development of AgriSol Energy's project in Tanzania.

Eric previously was a Managing Director in the New York office of Imperial Capital where he was responsible for founding the firm's overall energy practice and was the head of the Clean Energy Group. Prior to Imperial Capital, Eric worked as a senior banker in the New York offices of Chanin Capital Partners, Jefferies and Conway, Del Genio, Gries & Co. focused on financing, merger and acquisition, and restructuring transactions. Previously, he worked as a principal investor and turnaround consultant for George Capital/George Group in Dallas and in the New York Financial Advisory Services/Corporate Finance Group of Ernst & Young.

Eric received a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
